Material has always been central to RDAI’s projects. Since 2000, the Materials library has been a distinct department. Each sourced and referenced product forms part of the aesthetic expression distinctive to the agency’s identity. The department has an increasingly rich and varied collection of material samples, now representing nearly 5000 international suppliers. As well as the material itself, this internal resource centre is interested in the craftsmanship and industrial and innovative techniques. Our sourcing also focuses on furniture, objects and architectural products.

RDAI is an architectural agency driven by a spirit of creative excellence. Denis Montel and Julia Capp lead the agency’s activity and manage the work in a holistic approach. The agency works at all scales: architecture, interior architecture and design.
With around one hundred staff of ten different nationalities, RDAI brings together a diversity of professionals.
Architects, interior architects, designers, experienced technicians, specialists devoted to materials and to Research & Development, combine their talents to bring seventy international projects to life each year, responding to the specifics of places and cultures. All our staff share the qualities of listening, curiosity, and searching for the most refined and appropriate architectural answers. RDAI's score in 2023 is 99/100 on the gender equality index (which compares pay and career development). We are proud of this score which is well above the regulatory threshold set at 75 points by the Professional Future Law.
RDAI is always looking for creative and talented professionals. If you are interested in joining our team, to have the chance to develop your singularity within a collective and work in a challenging environment, please answer the following form or send your spontaneous application by email to:
